Nikolina was an absolute joy to work with! We came in from Michigan and had 4 days to find and purchase a home. She worked with us and showed us multiple houses throughout the weekend. We were able to find one that we loved and she quickly helped us negotiate a price that worked for us! She walked us through the entire buying process and still continies to help us as we make our move to Minnesota. I have emailed her multiple times with different questions and she is always willing to go above and beyond to help us. For example, I didn't have the measurements to bedrooms and she was able to go to the house and measure for us. She talked with the neighbors and gave them her phone number for if anything seemed out of place until we moved in. She is just so helpful with everything! She is prompt with returning emails and always has answers for our questions. My husband and I both give Nikolina our highest recommendations and would recommend her to anyone who needs help buying a new house. Nikolina was incredibly easy to work with. Words cannot describe how efficient she was and how quick she was to respond to our questions (which we had a lot of). We came to Rochester for one weekend from out of state to find our new home, and she had about 10 houses lined up for us to look at on the day we got here. She is also very knowledgeable about the whole process and is completely transparent with you if she finds that there may be a problem with a certain home or something like that. Wonderful person!

Nikolina has helped our two daughters purchase their homes, one in 2016 and the other in 2017. Nikolina is the best agent we have ever worked with. She is very dedicated to her clients and spends as much time as is needed for them. She always spent a lot of time in any home she showed us. She assisted us in finding people to do repairs for our daughter's home in 2016 and even met with them to obtain quotes.

Once we signed the house agreement, we had about 2 months before closing on the house. During this time, Nikolina was readily available to grant us access to the house whenever we needed it. She also drafted up emails to send to the seller’s agent quickly. Home-buying can be a stressful time, and Nikolina came through in many ways to make this a seamless and worry-free course. Honestly, anyone can search for homes online; however, understanding loans, inspection, drafting contracts, lawyers reviewing agreements, and negotiating with a seller is a whole different ballgame. I highly recommend Nikolina, and I trust she will work hard for you as she does with all her clients.

Nikolina helped us purchase our first home in Rochester. We were first-time home buyers and had very little knowledge of the market and the process. Nikolina is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She was always available when we wanted to view a home.
